December 2005 - Nichols Management assists a local partnership to purchase a 30,000 square feet commercial site in Fenwick Island, Delaware.  NMI is facilitating the demolition of the existing restaurant and handling the day-to-day functions while development plans move forward.

August 2005 - Nichols Management assists a local partnership to purchase a 15-acre marina site in Lewes, Delaware.  The site operations are managed by NMI with future development plans for a full service hotel/resort complex.
